Known Hazards:  The bark is toxic[240]. Although no other mention of toxicity has been found for this species, it is possible that other parts of the plant could also be mildly poisonous[65].

Habitat:  Woodlands, 900 - 2400 metres[146, 158].



General Uses:  Wood - hard, close grained, handsome. Used for turnery, agricultural implements and small carving[146, 158]
