Hordeum distichon Two-rowed barley (1 Page of 5) The Hordeum distichon plant species is found in Of uncertain origin, possibly a hybrid between H. spontaneum and a 6-rowed barley[34]. It is a member of the Gramineae family. Common gardeners may know the plant as Two-rowed barley. Some home gardeners know the variety as H. vulgare distichon.
