Habitat:  Thickets. 1000 - 3650 metres in Sikiang, Szechuan and N. Yunnan[198].

Edible Uses: Fruit - raw or cooked. The fruit is up to 1.5cm long[198]. It contains a number of small seeds, but these are easily eaten with the fruit[K].
